We have lift off!

We made it through our first month of trading and oh my, we learnt a lot about managing our micro roastery but most of all it has been great to see all the support from our local community for great tasting, freshly roasted coffee!

Being very honest, blogging and social media is not our thing... but we have been asked lots of questions about our new enterprise and perhaps this blog is a great way to share our news, thoughts and discoveries!

This all started because we simply believe great coffee starts with freshly roasted coffee and my (Wayne's) habit of buying shiny new toys to experiment with.

Over the next few blogs we will share a little more about our setup and some of the new coffees we have been developing as well as what we have seen and done over the month.
