This months coffee is a Seasoned Coffee from Java.    

Dating back to the 16th century when coffee was established in Indonesia by the Dutch, this coffee was originally used for ship ballast. Unlike most other coffee, Old Brown is harvested then seasoned for two years to give its characteristic full bodied, strong flavour.
