This months coffee brings a great all rounder to the cup. This Fazenda Paraiso coffee from Brazil has delicious flavour notes of Red Apple, Caramel and Almond. The Pulped natural process (where the sticky pulp is left on the cherry) brings and added dimension of sweetness and body.
