Brazil Pau is certified under the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin, highlighting its traceability and unique quality. Grown across 55 municipalities, this coffee reflects the region’s distinct climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and producer expertise. Contributing farmers are part of cooperatives and associations affiliated with the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation, adhering to good practices and Brazilian labour laws. Post-harvest, the coffee is stored in accredited warehouses to maintain its integrity. This certification ensures a coffee with a strong regional identity and exceptional standards.
