Brazil Santos

Brazil is one of the largest coffee producers in the world and we have found one that consistently delivers in quality and taste. This ‘Santos’ coffee is grown at a moderate elevation (for coffee at least!) at around 1000 metres above sea level using a mixture of Bourbon and Catuai varieties. As with most coffee from this region the coffee beans are handpicked between the months of May to August and dried with the coffee cherry intact. The coffee bean only being removed once fully dried. This so called ‘dry process’ helps to impart a natural sweetness in the roasted coffee – delicious!
