Brazil Anil Mantiqueira, Natural

“Smooth bodied with notes of Chocolate, Black Cherry and Pear" 

Originating in the South East of Brazil near the town of Carmo de Minas. This region was historically known for the production of blue dyes from the Anil plant but also produces some great coffee as demonstrated in this specialty grade Anil Mantiqueira blend. Best enjoyed as a Medium Dark roast and compliments milk and alternative milk based drinks.
