“Delicious notes of Blackberry, Green Apple and Milk Chocolate”

Another great Colombian coffee to add to our repertoire, this Inza Cauca coffee is grown on the Colombian plateau to the west of the country. Grown by a collection of small holders this washed coffee brings with it sweet notes of blackberry and green apple in addition to the characteristic milk chocolate base, typical in this type of coffee. We find a medium roast brings the best out of this specialty grade bean.
