Grown between 1700–1800 masl on the storied parcels of San José Las Moritas, it benefits from rich biodiversity, old-growth Bourbon and Caturra varieties, and carefully managed shade from ingas, pine, and avocado trees .

Decades of selective pruning, thoughtful replanting, and innovative gravity-fed irrigation ensure consistently healthy plants and high-caliber cherries .
