A clean, rounded cup from the hills of northern Rwanda. Tamarind and a touch of honey lead it off, brioche and toasted nut settle in through the middle, and it finishes on dark chocolate — quietly confident, and easy to drink cup after cup.

From the Ruli washing station in Rwanda's Gakenke district, the founding site of the Dukunde Kawa Musasa cooperative, where over 800 smallholder farmers deliver ripe cherry within eight hours of picking before it's washed, fermented, and dried slowly on raised beds — the precision behind every clean, bright cup.

Best enjoyed as a Medium-Dark Roast.
