A bold, juicy cup from the hills of southern Rwanda. Sweet watermelon leads it off, ripe strawberry keeps it dancing, and a wave of tropical fruit carries it all the way to the finish. Loud, fun, and worth the fuss.

From the Huye Mountain project in Rwanda's Huye district, where over 1,300 smallholder farmers hand-select ripe cherry before drying it slowly on raised beds for three to four weeks — the patience behind every drop of natural sweetness in the cup.
